Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

  Package and Ship

  Place the items in their original Neat™ packaging and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
